BCAFN Special Chiefs Assembly

The BC Assembly of First Nations (BCAFN) will be hosting the 14th Special Chiefs Assembly on March 8 -9, 2018 on the Territory of Lheidli-T’enneh in Prince George, BC at the Ramada Inn, 444 George Street. The Special Chiefs Assembly is a duly convened political meeting where BCAFN membership may determine the mandate and direction of the BCAFN.
Date: Thursday March 8th and Friday March 9th, 2018
Location: Ramada Inn, Prince George, BC
Meeting Time: 8:30am – 4:30pm each day (breakfast and lunch provided)

Registration form: To register, please complete and submit the attached registration form no later than Friday February 23rd, 2018 to BCAFN Policy Analyst Curtis Bedwell.
Proxy letter: We have attached our proxy template should you not be able to attend this meeting. Completed proxy forms may be emailed or faxed to our office no later than Friday February 23, 2018. After that date, proxy holders must bring the completed proxy form to the Special Chiefs Assembly.
Travel and Accommodation Notice: Travel and accommodation expenses will be provided for BC Chiefs or Chiefs’ proxy to attend this Special Chiefs Assembly. A block of rooms are reserved at Ramada Inn.
